This policy explains what information IT Enabled collects through itenabled.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Services we provide to clients are governed by the agreements we have with them.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, and message you enter. The form is processed by our own form-handling service and delivered to our sales team by email. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include.
Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people find us. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Google advertising features, Google signals, and ad personalization are turned off.
- IT Enabled Analytics. We run our own analytics service, hosted on our infrastructure, that records page views, clicks, page performance, and errors, and may record sessions (a replay of how the page was used) so we can find and fix problems. What you type into form fields is masked and is not captured in session recordings. This service stores an identifier in your browser’s local storage.
- Hosting and security logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare Web Analytics also gives us aggregate traffic statistics without cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors.
- Preferences. If you choose light or dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser. We also note in session storage that you’ve seen our intro animation. Neither is sent to us.
How we use information
We use it to respond to inquiries and provide quotes, to understand and improve the website, to diagnose errors, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business: Google (analytics), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and Microsoft (email). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
Your choices
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out: Google Analytics is not loaded, and IT Enabled Analytics does not collect anything. Our analytics also honors your browser’s Do Not Track setting.
- Cookies and storage. You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Your rights. Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising (we do neither). To make a request, email sales@itenabled.com. We’ll respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the Texas Attorney General if you disagree with the outcome.
Retention and security
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and analytics data only as long as it is useful for improving the site. We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit, and the same security practices we provide to our clients.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
